Yes. Every session is filmed, and clips may be published on Chap Live’s channels. Each player signs a release at the venue before playing.

Yes. Book one seat and choose “match me”. We fill your session with other players.

If a public session is under-filled 48 hours before, we move you to another session or refund you in full: your choice.

Plan on about 60 minutes in the building, from signing in and having your photo taken to the final scores.

Yes. Pick a Teams package and pay online, or ask for an invoice.

What you pay is a deposit that secures your place. It is credited against your session when you arrive, and forfeited only if you do not come. At any time before your session you can cancel for a Chap Live credit voucher worth the full amount you paid, valid for 12 months. For cash instead: more than 7 days before the session: a full cash refund; between 7 days and 72 hours before: a 50% cash refund; less than 72 hours before: no cash refund, but you can still take the credit voucher, and you can send someone in your place. If nobody comes for a seat, its deposit is forfeited, and so is the fee for each extra person booked who does not come. If you cannot come because of a death or a hospitalisation, there is no charge: you get a full refund or a free move, whenever you tell us. Write to our inbox with your booking reference. We do not keep medical documents or details.

Yes. Every price is shown in the venue’s currency with VAT included, and nothing is added at checkout.

Session times are shown in the venue’s local time, with its time zone, wherever you are browsing from.
